Current affairs magazine The Canary has been admitted to hospital for work-related stress after a series of overly alarming articles provoked close friends to intervene.
The increasingly popular news outlet, popular for its hyperventilating anti-establishment click-bait headlines, was said to be recovering well and grateful for the support.
The magazine, speaking exclusively to Lokithescottishrapper.com, said: “The more outrageous and shocking I made the headlines the more clicks I got, which brought up my ad revenue and reach. Eventually, I started mimicking the worst traits of the mainstream media thought I was fighting against and I just couldn’t see a way out of it.”
Doctors say the intrepid blog will be back to its hyperbolic self in a few weeks.
